Scope of Work

New Manufacturing Technology Center. The project includes new educational space of approximately 25,000 gross square feet of additions. The new building includes expanded space for electro-mechanical technology, additive manufacturing technology, CNC machining technology, computer labs/educational rooms, SMART Room educational learning areas and related technology as well as faculty support spaces.

Description

Infrastructure Design and Construction Administration for Low Voltage Systems:

Client coordination meetings, Design and specifications for infrastructure design for data (including wireless), voice, video and electronic safety and security. 

Coordination with architect and MEP engineer on design and documentation of the project.

Equipment (FF&E) Design, Procurement, and Project Management for:

Data, Voice system, specify, Procure and coordinate installation of loose equipment, including but not limited to LAN, WLAN, etc., as required to meet owner

requirements.

GTC will provide design services to address the various technology needs of the project in conjunction with local technology integration implementation standards.
